Free Fibromyalgia NotepadsSelect your design and then just print out as many copies as you want for making a pad (10 - 15 is a good number to work with), cut down the middle and staple or tape the tops of each design together. Print these designs in color or use colored paper and print them in black ink. You could also copy the graphic to your hard drive and print out in word. Click on the design below that you want to print: (each pad is formatted either with lines for writing, open space, or categories - these are only the designs at the top of the pad that are being shown below) A more expensive option would be to take the URL (E-mail address) of the page, or pages you want--two notepads per page--to Kinko's and use their online system to print them out in color. Then using the color copy machine, print as many copies as you want. The cost of using the Kinko's online system may vary but shouldn't be more than $5 or $6 and the cost of a color copy machine is pretty standard at $1 per copy.
